Caramel Apple Nachos are a fun twist on traditional caramel apples! Crisp green and red apples are drizzled with caramel and chocolate, then loaded with sprinkles, candy, and pecans. This no-bake treat is one of the best ways to celebrate fall.

Whether you’re searching for a new seasonal treat or a showstopping dessert for parties, you’ve come to the right place. Caramel Apple Nachos are an easy-to-make dish that can be served as an appetizer or a dessert at Halloween Parties, movie nights, or for casual entertaining!
With just ten simple ingredients and 10 minutes of your time, you can make a spectacular sweet treat that’s totally customizable to your tastes. It doesn’t matter if you pile the apples up with M&Ms and chocolate chips, or you go for the sweet and salty combo, either way you won’t be disappointed.
Another great part of this recipe is that it’s super easy to adjust the portions. You can make this dish as a quick afternoon snack for yourself, or quadruple the recipe to feed a crowd of twenty.

- Feeding a Crowd
- Holiday Parties

Ingredients Needed To Make Caramel Apple Nachos
- Granny Smith Apple – core removed
- Honey Crisp or Pink Lady Apple – core removed
- Lemon Juice – I use freshly squeezed lemon juice, but you can use store-bought
- Caramel Squares – unwrapped
- Heavy Cream
- Chocolate Hot Fudge – not chocolate syrup
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Crushed Nuts – I like to use walnuts or pecans
- Mini M&Ms
- Colorful Sprinkles
PRO TIP: I recommend using a apple slicer to cut your apples instead of cutting them yourself, this ensures that they are all the same size.

How To Make Caramel Apple Nachos
- Slice each apple into eight equal pieces. Place the slices in a bowl of cold water and the lemon juice. Toss the apples in the water and lemon juice, then pour out the water and pat the apples completely dry.
- Arrange apple slices in a circular pattern onto a round serving platter.
- Place caramels in a microwave-safe bowl with the heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals until just melted. Stir the caramel with a fork, then drizzle warm caramel over the apples. Then drizzle hot fudge over the apples.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, nuts, and M&Ms, and sprinkles over the apples, then serve.

How To Serve Caramel Apple Nachos
One of the best parts of this recipe is that it’s incredibly versatile! You can make a small batch for a personal dessert, or you could quadruple the recipe to feed a crowd. Here are a couple of my favorite ways to serve this dish…
- If you’re serving this at a party or larger gathering, you could set up a Build Your Own Nachos Station. Place all your toppings into separate bowls, set out the sauces and the apples, and then people can make their own dessert nachos.
- I’ve only done this once because you need a lot of tin foil, but you can set up your whole table as a Self-Serve Nacho Bar. Start by covering a table in tin foil or parchment paper, and then assemble the apple nachos directly on the table instead of on a plate. This works best when you’re feeding a huge crowd of folks.
- If you’re preparing this recipe for a more intimate gathering such as family or a small dinner party, you can make these Caramel Apple Nachos into individual dessert cups. Instead of serving the nachos on a large platter, you can create the recipe in individual cocktail glasses and then customize the toppings for each guest.
