Caramel Apple Nachos
Caramel Apple Nachos are a fun twist on traditional caramel apples! Crisp green and red apples are drizzled with caramel and chocolate the loaded with sprinkles, candy and pecans. This no-bake, treat is one of the best ways to celebrate fall.

- 1 large Granny Smith apple - cored
- 1 large Honey Crisp or Pink Lady apple - cored
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Caramel Squares - unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Chocolate Hot Fudge - not chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Crushed Nuts
- 1/4 cup Mini M&Ms
- 3 tablespoons Colorful Sprinkles
Slice apples into 8 equal pieces. Place slices in a bowl of cold water and the lemon juice. Toss the apples in the water and lemon juice, then pour out the water and pat apples completely dry.
Arrange apple slices in a circular pattern onto a round serving platter.
Place caramels in a microwave-safe bowl with the heavy cream. Microwave in 20 second intervals until just melted. Stir the caramel with a fork, then drizzle warm caramel over apples. Then drizzle hot fudge over the apples.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips, nuts, M&Ms and sprinkles over the apples, then serve.
