Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

  • 16 ounces Ground Pork breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Grate cheese by hand, don't use pre-shredded cheese.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Parsley minced and more for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons milk


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • To the bowl of a standing mixer, add all of the ingredients, reserving some parsley for a garnish.
  • Using two spoons or an ice cream scoop, create 1 inch balls with the mixture and place on lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes then remove from oven.
  • Serve warm with ranch, BBQ sauce, or both!
