- 6 oz Frozen Spinach - thawed and squeezed to drain excess liquid
- 14 oz Canned Artichoke Hearts - roughly chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese - room temperature
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 cloves Garlic - minced
- Salt and Pepper - amount based on personal preference
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a quart sized baking dish with non-stick spray, set aside.
To a medium sized bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of parmesan. Using a hand mixer or wooden spoon stir sour cream mixture together until well combined.
Add spinach and artichoke hearts to sour cream mixture and stir. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbling.
Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette.
