Crock Pot Pumpkin Spice Latte

Cozy up to autumn with a warm mug of Pumpkin Spice Latte made in the Crock Pot! There's no need to run to the coffee when you can make this delicious fall drink, full of warm spices, pumpkin, and cream, then topped with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups brewed coffee
  • 5 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree - not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the coffee, milk and heavy cream to your Crock Pot.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the pumpkin puree, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the milk and coffee and whisk until fully combined.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3 hours. To serve, set crock pot to warm and serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
