Cheesy White Ravioli Casserole
If you’re looking for a convenient, easy-to-make comfort food recipe, for family dinners or feeding a crowd, then you’ve come to the right place! With layers of ravioli, gooey cheese, flavorful Italian sausage, and a creamy Alfredo sauce, this Cheesy White Ravioli is Lazy Lasagna at its best!
Preheat oven to 350° and add 1/4 cup of jarred alfredo sauce to the bottom of a casserole dish. Place ravioli over the sauce at the bottom of the casserole. Spoon half of the cooked sausage over the ravioli and set aside.
In a small bowl mix together ricotta, egg, and parsley. Spoon mixture over sausage, then add half of remaining alfredo sauce.
Create next layer by placing the rest of the ravioli on top of the sauce, then add remaining sausage and drizzle the rest of the alfredo over the sausage. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Bake uncovered for additional 15-20 minutes until top is golden brown.
Let lasagna rest for 5 minutes then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
